ProcessWorth

Make process assumptions explicit. Calculate their consequences. Keep the decision human.

Why it exists

Operational assumptions, resource costs and alternatives are often evaluated separately. That makes it difficult to see whether an improvement changes the actual constraint or simply moves it.

ProcessWorth brings these questions into a structured model, so an operational decision can be discussed against explicit inputs and comparable results.

What exists today

These capabilities are supported by implementation evidence. Current end-to-end production calculation and comparison acceptance, commercial validation and full English/EU readiness remain work to prove.

  • Structured process input: stages, volumes, durations and staffing.
  • Deterministic capacity, throughput, backlog and bottleneck calculations.
  • Resource rates, cost versions and indicative process economics.
  • Saved calculation runs, variants and comparison logic.
  • Accounts, workspaces and project-scoped process foundations.

How it works

Describe the process and its assumptions. Calculate operational indicators and resource costs. Compare saved alternatives. A person reviews the evidence and chooses the next action.

Calculations are deterministic and auditable from explicit assumptions. ProcessWorth is not AI workflow automation or a general-purpose simulation engine.

Who it is for

The current validation direction focuses on operations leaders, independent consultants and corporate design partners with recurring process decisions. These are target users, rather than a claim of established customer adoption.

Current stage and next proof

An existing software product provides the starting point. The next stage is English/EU readiness, consultant workflows and bounded design-partner use.

The questions are practical: can someone other than the founder model a real process, use the output in a decision and return for another process? Will continued use justify a commercial model?

Current funding context

ScrlSoft is seeking external financing for ProcessWorth’s next EU/B2B validation and commercialization cycle. This is the current investment case; it does not change the equal standing of the three studio products.

Connection to the studio method

ProcessWorth makes assumptions and alternatives visible before a decision. Its own usefulness must then be verified in real work: building a model does not establish that the original operational problem has been solved.
