5S Tracker

Make operational structure, requirements and their status visible before deciding what needs attention.

Preflight · late-stage pilot / release preparation

Why it exists

Launches, commissioning and audits require people to compare an expected state with what they observe. 5S Tracker provides a structured place for requirements and status.

This is the intended operational problem. A measured customer problem, named primary buyer and completed field validation remain to be established.

What exists today

The native app and a separate browser client have different capabilities. The browser client runs checklist audits; a complete production-screen native checklist execution and report-creation workflow has not been established.

  • A Warehouse → Area → Line → Station hierarchy.
  • Attributes, requirements, statuses and reusable entity templates.
  • Structure-audit markers and status snapshots.
  • Views for stored report and task records.
  • Manual offline exchange using packages, CSV and Excel formats.

How it works

Build an operational structure. Attach requirements and attributes. Review their status, record structure checks and preserve snapshots. Use the result to decide what needs attention.

Manual file exchange can move data between devices. It is not automatic synchronization or a shared live workspace.

Current stage

5S Tracker is in preflight and late-stage pilot/release preparation. App Store release and completed field-pilot outcomes are not yet established.

The next proof points include the intended field workflow, physical-device acceptance and whether structured checks improve real operational readiness.

Offline data model

The native app stores operational data locally. Exported packages and spreadsheets can contain the full dataset, including names, requirements, auditor names and comments. Share them only with intended recipients.

The native implementation has no account service or automatic server synchronization.
